When will pre-orders open?
Pre-orders for the StillWithMe memorial pillow will open soon. Join our mailing list to be notified as soon as they go live.

How much does a pillow cost?
Pricing will be announced at the time of launch. Each pillow is handcrafted, hypoallergenic, and designed with a customizable heart patch.

Can I choose the size of my pillow?
Yes. We will offer:

What customization options are available?
Each pillow includes a heart-shaped patch where you can add:

Dates of birth and passing (DOB – DOD)

Or leave it blank if preferred.

How long will it take to receive my pillow?
Because each pillow is handmade, please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping. We’ll send updates along the way.

Do I have to pay in full at pre-order?
Pre-orders may require either a deposit or full payment, depending on the production phase. Details will be included at checkout.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided production has not begun. After that, orders are considered final.

Will the StillWithMe app be included?
Yes. Everyone who pre-orders a pillow will receive early access to the StillWithMe app waitlist and updates on its release.
