What is StillWithMe?
StillWithMe combines a memorial pillow and a grief-support app to provide comfort, connection, and resources for individuals and families navigating loss. Our products are designed to help with grief from death, incarceration, deployment, or separation.

What makes the StillWithMe pillow special?
Each pillow is:

What is the StillWithMe app?
The app is the digital hub for grief support. It will include:

Guided meditations & journaling prompts.

Coping tools and resources.

Community support circles and group chats.

Pillow sync features (upload a loved one’s voice/heartbeat, schedule warming, customize playlists).

When will the app be available?
We are currently in development. Early supporters who join the waitlist will be notified first when the app is ready to download.

Can I pre-order a pillow?
Yes. Pre-orders will open soon on our website. Each pre-order helps us scale production and launch the app. You can also join our mailing list to be notified as soon as pre-orders go live.

How long does production take?
Because each pillow is hand-sewn and personalized, production may take 4–6 weeks depending on order volume. We’ll keep you updated on your order status.

Can I return or exchange my pillow?
Due to personalization, most pillows are non-returnable. However, if your pillow arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please see our [Returns & Refunds Policy].

How does StillWithMe give back?
We donate 10% of every pillow sale to nonprofit partners who provide job training and employment opportunities for justice-impacted and underserved communities. Every pillow purchased not only comforts a grieving family but also helps someone rebuild their life.

Is StillWithMe a substitute for therapy?
